OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 11, 2003, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Margie Hilchie, made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-389 dated July 27, 2000; and (

b) appoint Margie Cox of Shubenacadie, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Municipality of East Hants.
