OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 1, 1998, pursuant to

Section 20 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, and regulations made pursuant thereto, is pleased to authorize: (

a) the Attorney General as the Expropriating Authority for and in the name of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to declare that the lands situate at Stillwater and Sherbrooke, Guysborough County, included in an expropriation authorized by Order in Council 89-1381 dated December 7, 1989, which lands are more fully described in Schedules "B" and "D" and shown outlined in red on the plans marked Schedules "C" and "E", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation, are not required and are abandoned by Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia; and (

b) the Attorney General to execute such documents as he deems necessary to effect the purpose of this Order.
