OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated November 30, 2008, and pursuant to subsection 6(1) of

Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to approve the repeal by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission of the Nova Scotia Crop Insurance Plan for Peas and Beans approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 95-21 dated January 3, 1995, effective on and after December 16, 2008.
