An Act to Amend the Members’ Conflict of Interest Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 Subsection 16(1) of the Members’ Conflict of Inter- est Act,

chapter M-7.01 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1999, is amended by striking out “twelve” and substitut- ing “forty-eight”. 2 Subsection 17.1(1) of the Act is amended by striking out “12” and substituting “48”. PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

Le paragraphe 17.1(1) de la Loi est modifié par la suppression de « douze » et son remplacement par « qua- rante-huit ».
