Order in Council 1312/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Kathryn Rippey of Orillia, who was appointed by O.C. 744/2020 as a member the Board of Governors of Lakehead University, has resigned from the Board;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 8(2) of The Lakehead University Act, 1965 , Order in Council 744/2020 be revoked.
