Order in Council 499/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Rupinder Hans of Kleinburg be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Rupinder Hans was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective July 26, 2022 and ending June 21, 2026, by Order in Council O.C 302/2022;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 302/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
