OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change dated April 18, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 20 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Environment and Climate Change: (

a) issuing a deed to convey lands currently identified as PID 15249972, containing approximately 0.07 hectares, located at Alder Point, Cape Breton County, shown outlined in red bold in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Lloyd Fraser, his executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, for a purchase price of $8,400 plus HST; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
