Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , David Lanthier of Kingston be reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective January 1, 2020 and ending May 3, 2021.
