Order in Council 277/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ronald Boivin was appointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective August 20, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1229/2020;

And

whereas Ronald Boivin tendered his resignation effective October 29, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1229/2020 be revoked effective October 29, 2020.
