OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated November 10, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 307 of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting a snow vehicle pilot project, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 15, 2023.
