Order in Council 1881/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Steven Cooke of Bowmanville be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Steven Cooke was reappointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective September 5, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 820/2020;

And

whereas the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal was continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal on June 1, 2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 820/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
