B.C. Reg. 87/2013 , deposited February 28, 2013, pursuant to the SCHOOL ACT [section 175]. Order in Council 88/2013, approved and ordered February 28, 2013.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 5 (2) and 6 (4) of the School Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/89, are amended by striking out “college” wherever it appears and substituting “commissioner”.
