B.C. Reg. 99/2003, deposited March 25, 2003, pursuant to the PUBLIC SECTOR PENSION PLANS ACT [Section 13 (1) and (3)]. Regulation of the College Pension Board of Trustees, dated March 21, 2003.

The College Pension Board of Trustees orders that the College Pension Plan Regulation, B.C. Reg. 95/2000, is amended as follows:

Section 61 (1) is amended by striking out "in the manner required by the Pension Benefits Standards Act ." and substituting "on request."

Section 101 is amended

(

a) by renumbering the

section as

section 101 (1), and

(

b) by adding the following subsection:

(2) For the purpose of this Division, salary paid to a member while the member is receiving a benefit from a group disability plan must not be counted in calculating the member's highest average salary. — J. COOK, Chair, College Pension Board of Trustees.
