Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing an area of approximately 1.3642 hectares, situate at Sydney, Cape Breton County, and shown as Parcel "A" on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation to Wal-Mart Canada Corp., a body corporate having its registered office at Halifax, Province of Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $337,100 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
