1 The Administrative Penalty Regulation (AR 140/2007) is

amended in

section 5 by striking out "September 1, 2014" and

substituting "December 31, 2014".

2 The Climate Change and Emissions Management Fund

Administration Regulation (AR 120/2009) is amended in

section 15 by striking out "September 1, 2014" and

substituting "December 31, 2014".

3 The Specified Gas Emitters Regulation (AR 139/2007) is

amended in

section 30 by striking out "September 1, 2014"

and substituting "December 31, 2014."

4 The Specified Gas Reporting Regulation (AR 251/2004) is

amended in

section 11 by striking out "September 1, 2014"

and substituting "December 31, 2014".

AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Alberta Institute of Purchasing Management

Regulation (AR 131/89) is amended by this Regulation.

2 The title is amended by striking out "ALBERTA

INSTITUTE OF PURCHASING MANAGEMENT" and

substituting "SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

ASSOCIATION ALBERTA".

Section 1 is amended

(

a) in clause (

a) by striking out "Purchasing Management

Association of Canada" and substituting "Supply Chain

Management Association Alberta";

(

b) in clause (

b) by striking out "Alberta Institute of

Purchasing Management Association of Canada" and

substituting "Supply Chain Management Association

Alberta".

Section 9 is amended

(

a) in subsection (1)

(

i) by repealing clause (

a) and substituting the

following:

(

a) produces documentation satisfactory to the

Registration Committee

(

i) of having successfully completed the

Association's Supply Chain Management

Program or substantially equivalent studies,

(ii) of having achieved the competencies

equivalent to those required to successfully

complete the Association's Supply Chain

Management Program,

(ii) in clause (

b) by striking out "Purchasing

Management Association of Canada" and

substituting "Association's";

(

b) by repealing subsection (2)(

b) and substituting the

following:

(

b) is registered with a professional regulatory organization

in a province or territory that is a signatory to one or

more domestic trade agreements that is in force in

Alberta at the time the application is made.

(

c) by adding the following after subsection (2):

(2.1) An applicant's registration pursuant to subsection (2) must

be dealt with in a manner consistent with the applicable domestic

trade agreements referred to in subsection (2)(b).

Section 10 is amended by striking out "Purchasing

Management Association of Canada" and substituting

"Association's".

Section 25 is repealed.

Section 26(2) is repealed.

Section 27 is amended by striking out "June 30, 2018" and

substituting "June 30, 2022".

EXPIRY DATE) AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Residential Tenancies Exemption Regulation

(AR 189/2004) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 4 is amended by striking out "July 31, 2014" and

substituting "July 31, 2016".

Meat Inspection Act

MEAT INSPECTION AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 11 of the Meat Inspection Act.

1 The Meat Inspection Regulation (AR 42/2003) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 15.1 is repealed and the following is substituted:

Compliance

15.1 An operator of a meat facility shall, in respect of the operation

of the meat facility,

(

a) comply with and ensure compliance with

(

i) the requirements of the Meat Facility Standards

published by the Minister as amended or replaced from

time to time, and

(ii) the requirements of the legislation,

and

(

b) ensure that all food handling is done in a manner that makes

the meat safe to eat.

Section 36(1) is amended

(

a) by adding "or there is a risk to food safety or animal

welfare" after "legislation is contravened";

(

b) in clause (

c) by adding "or risk to food safety or animal

welfare, as the case may be" after "non-compliance".

Section 56 is amended by striking out "the Director" and

substituting "an inspector".

Section 58.1(1) is amended by adding the following after

clause (b):

(b.1) removing visible contamination by trimming,

Section 80 is amended by striking out "August 1, 2014"

and substituting "August 1, 2017".
