Order in Council 1050/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tammie I. Ashton of London, who was appointed by O.C. 792/2020 as a member of the board of governors of The Fanshawe College of Applied Arts and Technology, has resigned her position;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act, Order in Council 792/2020 be revoked.
