Order in Council 366/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1(1) of the Crown Attorneys Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, the appointment of Craig Fraser of Hamilton-Wentworth, Ontario as Assistant Crown Attorney, made by the Order in Council numbered O.C. 227/2000 and dated February 16th, 2000, be revoked effective January 31st, 2020.
