On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Part 7 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-144, being Reference Plan 13R-18481;
Part of Lots 10 & 11, Concession 4 shown as
Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-145, being Reference Plan 13R-18482;
Part of Lot 10, Concession 4 shown as
Part 1, Part of Lots 10 & 11, Concession 4 shown as
Part 2 and Part of Lot 11, Concession 4 shown as Parts 3 to 6 inclusive on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-3036-158, being Reference Plan 13R-21418;

be designated as controlled-access highway, pursuant to
section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,
