Order in Council 1373/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Protect Ontario by Building Faster and Smarter Act, 2025

November 3, 2025 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Protect Ontario by Building Faster and Smarter Act, 2025 , c. 9, which amend the Development Charges Act, 1997 , come into force:

Schedule 4, s. 4, 6, 9 (2).
