OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated September 18, 2025, and pursuant to subsection 80B(2) of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister to increase the available sum of money from $995,000,000.00 to a sum not exceeding $1,500,000,000.00 from the General Revenue Fund for the purpose of the Municipal Fund.
