OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development dated February 2, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development to: (

a) provide notice to the developer to exercise its option to purchase Horton High School, a P3 school currently owned by Hardman Group; and (

b) enter into such agreements and sign such documents as may be required to purchase the school from Hardman Group and give effect to this Order.
