OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister Responsible for the Insurance Act, dated November 5, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 9 of
Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to enter into the Participation Agreement in the form set out in
Section "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
