OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated July 16, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 30 of
Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2014, the Invest Nova Scotia Board Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting the Invest Nova Scotia Board and the Invest Nova Scotia Fund in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 25, 2015.
