OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated September 27, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to 3039255 Nova Scotia Limited, carrying on business as SimplyCast Interactive Marketing, in an amount not to exceed One Million Eight Thousand Dollars ($1,008,000.00), authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on April 28, 2010, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated September 27, 2010; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
