OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 6, 2003, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown land at Melrose, Guysborough County, at the approximate location shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Ada Maude Tate of Antigonish, Antigonish County, her heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $500.00 per hectare, multiplied by the total area, in hectares, of the Crown land occupied by the right of way, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
