OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated February 3, 1999, pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 313 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Hospital Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Emmett Austin of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member and Chair of the Board of Management of the Nova Scotia Hospital for a term of office of three years commencing February 15, 1999, and ending February 14, 2002; (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Management of the Nova Scotia Hospital, each for a term of office of three years commencing February 15, 1999, and ending February 14, 2002: Dorothy Malcom of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Sheila F. Butler of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

c) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Management of the Nova Scotia Hospital, each for a term of office of two years commencing February 15, 1999, and ending February 14, 2001: Dina Kalogeropoulos of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Ross H. Haynes of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (

d) appoint Marilyn Welland of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Management of the Nova Scotia Hospital for a term of office of one year commencing February 15, 1999, and ending February 14, 2000.
