OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated May 1, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 254 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Libraries Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Barbara Kynock of Centreville, Kings County, as a member of the Annapolis Valley Regional Library Board for a term of office of three years commencing May 29, 2003; (

b) appoint Bonnie MacDonald of Big Pond Centre, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Cape Breton Regional Library Board for a term of office of three years commencing May 29, 2003; and (

c) appoint Suzanne White of Barton, Digby County, as a member of the Western Counties Regional Library Board for a term of office of three years commencing May 29, 2003.
