OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated July 25, 2014, and pursuant to Order in Council 2005- 373 dated August 19, 2005 and Sections 105, 108, 109 and 112 of the Articles of Association of the Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Dale Godsoe of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a voting member and designate her as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Waterfront Development Corporation Limited for a term of four (4) years commencing August 28, 2014; and (

b) authorize payment of $150.00 per day plus reasonable expenses to Dale Godsoe as a member and Chair of the Board for work involving the Waterfront Development Corporation Limited.
