Section 48 of
Chapter 277 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Builders’ Lien Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting notice that a contract is substantially performed and respecting notice that a subcontract is certified complete in the form set out in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 30, 2017.
