On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 227/2018 dated February 8, 2018 that reappointed

Timothy Berube of Thunder Bay

as a part-time member of the board of directors of the North West Local Health Integration Network pursuant to subsections 7(1) and 7(2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , be amended, by striking out “for a term of up to six months” and substituting “for a term up to and including December 31, 2018”.
