OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 15, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an Agreement with Canada respecting the Aboriginal Court Work Program, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such minor modifications the Minister of Justice deems necessary, effective September 10, 2013.
