Order in Council 703/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway, in the Cities of Markham and Richmond Hill, Geographic Township of Markham, Regional Municipality of York, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-5136-0005, filed with the Geomatics Central, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 27th day of November, 2020, be designated as Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.R.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.

The portions of highway, in the Cities of Vaughan and Richmond Hill, Geographic Township of Vaughan, Regional Municipality of York, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-5135-0003, filed with the Geomatics Central, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 27th day of November, 2020, be designated as Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.R.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.

The portions of highway, in the City of Toronto, Geographic Township of Etobicoke, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-5144-0000, filed with the Geomatics Central, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 27th day of November, 2020, be designated as Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.R.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.

The designation as a Controlled-Access Highway as described in OC -1917/2007 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York as Instrument YR1264463 and for Land Registry Division of York as Instrument R753219 and shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5135-0000, be revoked pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.

The designation as a Controlled-Access Highway as described in OC -1918/2007 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York as Instrument YR1264495 and for Land Registry Division of York as Instrument R753220 and shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5136-0000, be revoked pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
