1 The Aboriginal Relations Grant Regulation (AR 4/2002) is

amended by this Regulation.

2 The title of the Regulation is repealed and the following

is substituted:

INDIGENOUS RELATIONS GRANT REGULATION

Section 1 is amended by striking out "Minister of Aboriginal

Relations" and substituting "Minister of Indigenous Relations".

Section 11 is repealed.

NATURAL GAS DEEP DRILLING AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The Natural Gas Deep Drilling Regulation, 2010

(AR 198/2010) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 1(1)(bb)(

i) is amended by adding "and on or before

December 31, 2016" after "May 1, 2010".

Section 2 is amended by adding "and on or before December

31, 2021" after "May 1, 2010".

Section 3(1)(

a) is amended by adding "and on or before

December 31, 2016" after "May 1, 2010".

Section 4 is amended

(

a) in subsection (2) by adding "and on or before December

31, 2021" after "May 1, 2010" wherever it occurs;

(

b) in subsection (6) by striking out "or" at the end of

clause (a), by adding ", or" at the end of clause (

b) and by adding the following after clause (b):

c) December 31, 2021,

(

c) in subsection (7) by striking out "and" at the end of

clause (b), by adding ", and" at the end of clause (

c) and by adding the following after clause (c):

(

d) does not apply after December 31,

Section 11 is repealed.

Section 12 is repealed and the following is substituted:

12 This Regulation expires on June 30, 2027.

NEW WELL ROYALTY AMENDMENT REGULATION

1 The New Well Royalty Regulation (AR 32/2011) is

Section 3(1) is amended by adding "is spud on or before

December 31, 2016 and" before "commences production".

Section 5(1) is amended by striking out "or" at the end of

clause (b), by adding ", or" at the end of clause (

c) and by

adding the following after clause (c):

Section 17 is repealed and the following is substituted:

17 This Regulation expires on June 30,

Section 18 is repealed.
