(1) Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: The amounts set forth in

Schedule A represent the votes set forth in the Supplementary Estimates, V olume I, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006. The amounts set forth in

Schedule B represent the votes set forth in the Supplement and Amendment to Supple- mentary Estimates 2005-2006, V olume I, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006. For the purposes of clarity and

interpretation, the amounts set forth in

Schedule C represent the amounts set forth in

Schedule A as supplemented and amended by the amounts set forth in

Schedule B, in order to authorize that there may be paid out of the Consolidated Fund a sum not exceeding in the whole $31,226,000 to be applied towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the public service, not otherwise provided for, from the first day of April, 2005 to the thirty-first day of March, 2006 as set forth in

Schedule C, and such sum shall be paid and ap- plied only in accordance with the votes set forth in the Supplementary Estimates, V olume I, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006, as supplemented and amended by the Supplement and Amendment to Supplementary Esti- mates 2005-2006, V olume I, for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006, upon which documents

Schedule C is based. PROJET DE LOI 84 Loi supplémentaire de 2005-2006 (1) portant affectation de crédits Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et du consentement de l’Assem- blée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, décrète : Les montants figurant à l’annexe A représentent les crédits figurant au Budget supplémentaire, V olume I, de l’année financière se terminant le 31 mars 2006. Les montants figurant à l’annexe B représentent les crédits figurant au Supplément et modifications au Budget supplémentaire 2005-2006, V olume I, de l’année finan- cière se terminant le 31 mars 2006.

Aux fins de précision et d’interprétation, les montants figurant à l’annexe C représentent les montants figurant à l’annexe A tels qu’ajoutés et modifiés par les montants fi- gurant à l’annexe B, afin d’autoriser que puisse être préle- vée sur le Fonds consolidé une somme ne dépassant pas au total 31 226 000 $ qui servira à subvenir, ainsi qu’il est énoncé à l’annexe C, aux diverses charges et dépenses des services publics du 1 er avril 2005 au 31 mars 2006, aux- quelles il n’est pas autrement pourvu; cette somme ne doit être payée et affectée qu’en conformité des crédits figu- rant au Budget supplémentaire, V olume I, de l’année fi- nancière se terminant le 31 mars 2006, tel qu’ajouté et modifié par le Supplément et modifications au Budget supplémentaire 2005-2006, V olume I, de l’année finan- cière se terminant le 31 mars 2006, documents sur les- quels l’annexe C est basée.
