Order in Council 678/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1806/2019 dated December 6, 2019, the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed Dr. Dean Middleton as part-time member of the Rabies Advisory Committee for a period not exceeding three years beginning on December 6, 2019;

And

whereas he resigned his appointment as member effective April 30, 2021;

Therefore pursuant to

section 13 of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act , Order in Council O.C. 1806/2019 is revoked effective April 30, 2021.
