OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated December 1, 2004, pursuant to subsection 32(1) of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2004, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Part X of
Chapter 6 of the Acts of 2004, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, come into force on and not before December 21, 2004.
