OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 27, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Audrey LeBlanc, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-538 dated October 20, 1998; and (
b) appoint Audrey LeBlanc of Margaree, Inverness County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits for a term to expire December 31, 2007.
