Order in Council 676/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5 ,

E. James T. Hook of Keewatin

is reappointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective the later of June 3, 2023, and the date this Order in Council is made.
