On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 5 (1) (

b) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act ,

be appointed as Surveyor General, effective April 30, 2021.
