OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated April 12, 2018, and pursuant to
section 5 of
Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Claire Hodge of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia; (
b) reappoint Rod McCulloch of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), Erik Sande of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), Francene Cosman of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) and Patricia Pace of Halifax Regional Municipality (Seabright) as members of the Board of Governors of the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia, each for a three year term commencing June 5, 2018.
