Order in Council 49/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 267/2022 made February 17, 2022, Anthony Bavota was appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation;

And

whereas Anthony Bavota has resigned effective December 6, 2024;

Therefore Order in Council 267/2022 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
