OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated May 25, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to enter into an agreement with Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation and Sydney Ports Corporation Inc. on behalf of her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia providing for the creation of an oversight committee in respect of the Sydney Harbour Dredging Project.
