Order in Council 289/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas , O.C. 31/2023 dated January 19, 2023 revoked O.C. 751/2021 reappointing James Lundrigan as a trustee of the board of trustees of Science North and also reappointed him as a trustee and designated as chair of the board of trustees of Science North for a fixed term of 3 years, effective the date the Order in Council was made;

Now therefore , O.C. 31/2023 is amended to,

Substitute reference to O.C. 39751/2021 in the first paragraph of the French text with O.C. 751/2021, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
