I, Rick Thorpe, Minister of Small Business and Revenue and Minister Responsible for Deregulation, make the following regulation:

INTEREST RATE REGULATION

Interest rate

1 For the purposes of sections 8 and 9 of the Land Tax Deferment Act , the interest rate for the 6-month period beginning October 1, 2007 is 4.0% a year.
