Chapter 6 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Marketing Act, and pursuant to

Section 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, and the Recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated February 13, 2007, pursuant to

Section 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, as amended, is pleased to approve of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College signing a funding agreement with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency in the amount of Two Million Nine Hundred Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty One Dollars ($2,916,851.00) to finance a significant research and development project titled "Creating New Wealth from Atlantic Bioresources" on terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after February 15, 2007.
