Section 43 of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting supplementary pensions in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2000.
