OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated May 12, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Mickey MacDonald of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a three year term commencing June 1, 2005, and ending May 31, 2008; and (
b) designate Mickey MacDonald as Chair of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a three year term commencing June 1, 2005, and ending May 31, 2008.
