Order in Council 1518/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Optometry Act, 1991 ,

Irene Moore of Stratford

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Optometrists of Ontario for a period of one year, effective August 12, 2017 to and including August 11, 2018.
