Statute: Public Service Act Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 11, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 2 of

Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act, is pleased, effective January 11, 2011, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2009-306, dated June 19, 2009, charging the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Denise Peterson-Rafuse, a Member of the Executive Council; and (

b) charge the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Marilyn More, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act.
