B.C. Reg. 229/2007, deposited June 21, 2007, pursuant to the SCHOOL (STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT ENABLING) AMENDMENT ACT, 2007 [Section 50]. Order in Council 438/2007, approved and ordered June 21, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the provisions of the School (Student Achievement Enabling) Amendment Act, 2007 , S.B.C. 2007, c. 29, referred to in column 1 of the attached Table are brought into force effective the date set out in column 2 of the Table.
